Established in 1993 our main office is in Glemsford, Suffolk. We also have offices in Haverhill to support the growing client base within the town. Our expanding team are on hand to provide a professional and highly personable service to clients. We became recognised as an Investor in People in January 2006. Following the Investors In People programme has enabled us to have a more structured and organised approach to people management. We value and respect the individuals who make up our team. We acknowledge the importance of training and development and recognise the value of keeping our skills up to date if we are to remain an asset to our clients. Our Approach

The business we are in demands exceptional professionalism and integrity at all times, this is a fundamental part of the service you will receive. However at Paul Donno & Co we also recognise there is a need to have a sense of humour and fun. We believe that we can combine professionalism with a “human side” to develop a relationship with you and your company - a relationship which will bring trust and understanding and help us to help you even more. Our Commitment To You
To be accessible, responsive and reliable. To tell it how it is but not to leave you “high and dry”, instead to offer practical cost effective solutions whatever problem or situation is identified. To give practical comprehensive advice based on a thorough insight and understanding of your business and the issues facing it. And at all times to:-- Treat you and your staff with respect and courtesy
- Be supportive but never patronising.
- Talk in your language and not accountant's jargon.
- Act with professionalism and integrity at all times.
- Genuinely care about your business and it's success.
- Be human…..
